Artification of Public Space in Stuttgart

Stuttgarter Einkaufsfreunde

Supporting at risk groups during COVID-19

We support people at risk who are not able to go personally to the food banks due to the pandemic. Our volunteers go shopping or to the food banks for anyone who cannot go on their own during this situation.  They make it possible that their fellow citizens continue to receive support and are able to secure their day to day needs. A small relief in difficult times.

Students

Debating Project

Building confidence and soft skills

Together with the German Debating Society e.V., we enable students to gain job-relevant rhetoric skills as part of a debating group. Hence, we provide students with the opportunity to attend special training programs and debating classes in all schools as well as the possibility to take part in competitions on national and international levels.

Act for SDGs 2020

In the frame of the global week to #ACT4SDGs and the Park(ing) Day 2020 we organized an interactive SDG exhibition together with the Welthaus Stuttgart. Goal was to

  • introduce the UN Sustainable Development Goals,

  • collect ideas on what people would like to see more in public spaces in Stuttgart (other than parking spaces ;-))

  • to give people the opportunity to calculate and learn about easy steps to reduce their individual ecological footprint

artus Innovation Challenge
